Use of the Dashboard

Fleet Operations is a private dashboard for authorized organization staff to manage fleet operations, courier and company information, reports, payments, and related documents. By using the Dashboard, you agree to these terms and to follow the policies of the organization that provided your account.

Accounts and responsibilities

Use only the account assigned to you. Keep your password and sign-in session secure, and promptly notify your organization administrator if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for actions taken through your account and must not share access with unauthorized people.

Acceptable use

You may use the Dashboard only for legitimate work authorized by your organization. You must not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the Dashboard or its integrations, upload malicious content, or use information accessed through the Dashboard for an unauthorized purpose.

Organization data and Google services

Your organization controls the business information entered into the Dashboard and is responsible for ensuring it has the rights and permissions needed to use that information. The Dashboard connects to Google services configured by the organization to read and update spreadsheet data and to manage invoice files. Those features depend on valid Google credentials, permissions, and available Google account storage. Disconnecting or revoking Google access may make related features unavailable.

Google services are subject to Google's own terms and policies. These terms do not grant the Dashboard operator ownership of your organization's data.

Availability and changes

The Dashboard is provided for internal operational use. Features may be updated, temporarily unavailable, or discontinued to maintain or improve the service. Your organization may suspend or remove your account when your access is no longer authorized.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Dashboard is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Your organization remains responsible for reviewing operational, financial, and reporting information before relying on it.
